The panoramic views of the Darling Ranges from this magnificent winery and restaurant are matched only by the fresh, seasonal produce on the menu.

It’s the simple things that matter at Black Swan, from freshly-baked bread served with truffle oil to a droolworthy red wine-braised beef cheek and seasonal delights.

Owners Barry Scrivener and Robyn Meloury have created a very special ambience at their world-class venue, offering a mixture of rustic elegance, openness and grandeur.

They offer a la carte lunch and dinner, sell a range of Black Swan wines and specialise in corporate and special occasion functions, wedding receptions and hen’s parties.

Guests can enjoy themselves in any section of the venue – overlooking the vineyards, mingling on the adjacent lawns or meandering through the vines.

Sandalford Wines is one of Western Australia’s oldest, largest and most distinguished producers of premium wine, with a history in the Swan Valley linked to the time of European settlement.

In one of the most sustainable wineries in the country, the winemaking team creates a wide range of wines under a variety of labels, and many of these are available for tasting at the cellar door.

The Sandalford Bar and Restaurant celebrates a marriage of modern Australian and contemporary Italian cuisine, with a seasonal menu featuring hand-rolled pasta, wood-fired pizza and other artisanal delights.

The bustling open kitchen creates dishes to delight the most discerning diner, while the restaurant’s tranquil, leafy ambience invites you to relax and indulge all the senses. Expansive glass doors lead to the relaxed al fresco dining situated under 125 year old vines and offering views of vineyards and the surrounding countryside.

There’s also a shop offering a curated collection of wine-related items, including glassware, bottle openers and gift ideas.

Groups are welcome for wine tastings and winery tours, both of which operate from the cellar door.
